The demo line

(903) 493-7913 is a demo line, for demonstration purposes only. It exists to let you experience the Moonshot 20X missed-call text-back and booking system firsthand. It is not a live business line, and calling it does not create a service relationship with Moonshot 20X.

What the service does

For client businesses, Moonshot 20X detects missed calls, sends an automated text-back, carries on a text conversation to gather what's needed, checks the business's calendar, and proposes and books appointments once confirmed. Moonshot 20X's system detects, classifies, and relays information; it does not guarantee a specific response time, outcome, or that a job will be booked.

SMS messaging terms

By calling the demo line or a client business's line and engaging in the text conversation, you consent to receive automated text replies related to your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to resume, or HELP for assistance. Support is provided by email only, at moonshot20x@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

The demo line is provided for genuine evaluation of the service. Please don't use it to send abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated messages.

No guarantee of outcome

Moonshot 20X relays and books based on the information provided in a text conversation. It is not a substitute for emergency services. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

Moonshot 20X is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Moonshot 20X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the demo line or the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
