What this demo line is

The number (903) 493-7913 is a demo line, for demonstration purposes only. Calling it lets you experience the Moonshot 20X missed-call text-back and booking system firsthand, the same way a real customer of one of our client businesses would.

Information we collect

When you call the demo line or a client business's line and the call goes unanswered, we collect:

Your phone number
Information you provide in the text conversation, such as your name, service address, and the issue you describe
The content and timing of the text exchange itself

We do not access your contacts, location, or any other data on your device. We only see what you type in the conversation.

How we use it

Information collected is used solely to carry on the text conversation, propose and confirm appointments, and, where a client business is involved, connect you with that business. By calling the demo line or a client's line and receiving automated text replies, you consent to receive automated text replies related to your call, for demonstration purposes only in the case of the demo line, or to complete your service request in the case of a client business.

We do not make sales calls. Any outreach beyond your original interaction only happens if you email us directly and request it.

Data retention

Conversation data is automatically deleted 12 months after your last contact. We don't keep a running archive beyond that window.

No third-party sharing

We do not sell or share your conversation data with other businesses. Data collected through a client business's line stays associated with that business only, in a separate, dedicated store never mixed with any other client's data.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out immediately; you will not receive further messages until you reply START. Reply HELP for assistance, or email moonshot20x@gmail.com. Support is provided by email only.
